Pet fusion was announced with Update 2 as a way to combine four of the same pet into stronger VOID, RAINBOW, and CORRUPTED forms. Current guides agree on those tier names and broad requirement, but the live preview must decide exact copies, multiplier, tier order, cost, and restrictions.
Protect the active team first
Open Pets and record every active slot. Lock the strongest pets if the interface supports locking. Fusion can improve one pet while reducing the number of separate pets available, so the result may be worse if it leaves one or more active slots empty.
Count copies by exact displayed name and current tier. A base pet, Void pet, and Rainbow pet are not automatically interchangeable. Do not rely on similar artwork or an anime nickname.
If one of the four copies is active, unequip it only after confirming that the remaining team can still function. Keep the best separate pets until the preview proves the single result is worth the loss.
Locate and read the fusion interface
Current walkthroughs place a fusion function near the main progression or stage area, but updates can move buttons. Open the Pets menu and look for Fuse or a machine prompt. Avoid third-party scripts that claim to fuse remotely.
Select one pet identity and read the preview. Confirm the input count, current tiers, result tier, displayed effect, any currency cost, and whether the action is permanent. If the preview is blank or shows another pet, cancel and reopen it.
Take a screenshot before using a rare, boss, paid, event, or limited pet. A preview is especially important when the source pet scales across worlds.
Understand the tier path
Detailed guides publish numeric upgrade factors, but those are update-sensitive and do not establish the current rule for every special pet. Read the result card before confirming.
Perform one controlled fusion
Start with a replaceable pet whose result will not break the team. Verify four identical inputs, confirm the preview, and press the normal in-game action once. Wait for the result before closing the menu.
Return to Pets and find the new tier. Equip it, fill any empty slots, and measure Chakra for 30 seconds under the same conditions used before. Compare the whole active team, not just the fused card.
If the result does not appear, check filters and storage, then rejoin once. For a paid shortcut, preserve the Roblox receipt and do not repeat the purchase until the first transaction resolves.
Decide whether to fuse or keep duplicates
Fuse when the upgraded pet’s live effect improves the complete team and the consumed copies are not needed to fill slots. Keep duplicates when several copies are your strongest equipped pets, storage is not a problem, or the preview gain is too small.
For a rare pet, compare the time or cost to obtain four copies with the improvement. A low-probability or paid pet can make a fusion tier impractical even when its final card is strong.
If storage is full, do not fuse blindly. First remove clearly weaker unrelated pets that are not active, rare, paid, limited, or part of a planned set.
Avoid fusion mistakes
Do not assume the operation is reversible. Do not mix pets with the same art but different names or tiers. Do not trust a percentage from an older guide over the live preview. Do not use a Robux “upgrade” product without reading whether it skips copies or advances only one tier.
If the interface offers paid shortcuts to Void, Rainbow, or Corrupted, each prompt can be a separate product. Close the prompt when the product name, target pet, or tier differs from your plan.
Fusion questions
How many pets does fusion need?
Update 2 and current guides state four of the same pet for the fusion system. Confirm the current tier-specific requirement in the live preview.
Should I fuse my best four pets?
Only if the single result plus the remaining pets produces a stronger filled team. Empty active slots can erase the benefit.
Can every pet be fused?
Public sources do not safely prove that every boss, paid, daily, event, or limited pet follows identical rules. The interface must accept the pet and show a result.
